Inagas and Sparklike Celebrate G 26 Award shortlist success
16th October 2026
Inagas, the official distributor of Sparklike products in the UK and Ireland and leading provider of insulating glass gas-filling and gas-testing equipment, is celebrating alongside long-term technology partner Sparklike, as the Sparklike Handheld NOVATM is shortlisted in the highly coveted ‘Product of the Year’ category at the prestigious G 26 Awards.
The recognition highlights the ongoing collaboration between the two companies, whose combined technologies are helping insulated glass manufacturers improve quality assurance, enhance energy performance and meet increasingly demanding industry standards.
Commenting on the achievement, Chris Kemp, Sales Director at Inagas, comments: "We are delighted that Sparklike has been recognised as a finalist at the G 26 Awards. This nomination reflects not only the strength of the technology, but also the value of our long-standing partnership. Together, we are committed to helping manufacturers raise standards, improve product performance and deliver the highest levels of quality assurance.
“The G Awards are widely regarded as one of the glazing industry's most respected accolades, celebrating excellence, innovation and achievement across the glass and fenestration sectors. Being shortlisted acknowledges our shared commitment to innovation and their contribution to improving manufacturing standards across the global insulating glass industry.”
Atte Kuusisto, CEO of Sparklike added: "Our partnership with Inagas has been built on a shared vision of providing manufacturers with accurate, reliable and easy-to-use gas measurement solutions. Launched in April 2026, the Sparklike Handheld NOVATM offers the next generation in gas measuring technology with brand new capabilities, that supports the route to compliance when it comes to gas filling. Like previous devices, the Sparklike Handheld NOVATM uses spark emission spectroscopy to measure the level of argon or krypton gas within a double-glazed unit in a non-destructive way. The new functionality provides a verified means of quality control, via bar code scanning, data logging and the ability to export the data, providing a sought-after digital solution for what was previously a manual operation, with immediate results.
“We are delighted that the quality of the NOVA has been recognised and look forward to continuing to support the industry with technologies that drive quality and performance."
The winners will be announced at the G Awards ceremony later this year.
