Allglass and Glazing introduces the Smartfill 4 from Inagas to keep ahead of production demands

Crewkerne based Allglass and Glazing Ltd has been supplying and fitting UPVC windows for over 25 years - and gas filling for the last 15 of them. As demand for energy efficient units continues to increase, Rod Messer, General Manager of Allglass and Glazing Ltd explains why working with Inagas, has always been right for them:
“As a company, we have always kept up to date with the changing needs of the market and remain flexible in our offering. We like to think that if our customers want it, then we can supply it so we have always worked towards improving and developing our offering. Gas filled units are becoming increasingly popular due to the energy efficiency gains which means more and more of our customers are asking us for them.
“When we decided to increase our gas filling capabilities, we knew we wanted to continue to work with Inagas, so it was just a question of what solution they had that would suit our requirements. The Smartfill 4 is designed for specifically for high volume production of Argon gas filled IGUs. Each of its four lines is fitted with the SmartStart lance, which has an on/off control button so that the operator can start the gas filling process from the lance rather having to return to the gas machine. The touch screen controls and unique visual and audible signals to enhance control and improve productivity, making the entire process idiot proof!
