The Smartfill is the smart choice for RegaLead

3rd November 2011

Inagas, the industry leaders in the supply of UK manufactured gas filling machinery and testing equipment, has been working with RegaLead at its site in Scotland, to ensure their complete offering for the composite door market is energy rated - with help from the Smartfill-1.

Guy Hubble, Joint Managing Director, of RegaLead explains:”With the recent introduction of the Door Energy Ratings more and more door manufacturers are looking for improvements in the energy efficiency in the units they buy in, to give them the best possible chance of achieving A & B rated doors. As a major supplier to the industry offering both imported units and units manufactured from our new site in Hawick, moving to gas filling has been a priority in the business. The purchase of the Smartfill equipment from Inagas, combined with low e glass and warm edge spacer from Edgetech now enables us to offer an Energy Plus upgrade on our full range of products”

“Inagas has been a great partner to work with throughout this process. They provided a full evaluation of our requirements at the outset and used their extensive knowledge and understanding to ensure we had the best solution. Our unique manufacturing circumstances meant we needed a few minor alterations to the Smartstart filling lance but our needs were accommodated and a resolution was found. Inagas has been in the industry for a long time offering a range of gas filling solutions to the market. They have the extensive knowledge and expertise needed to get things right for their customers. Their latest range of machinery is far superior to anything else available and we are really satisfied with the way it has enhanced our offering.”
