Inagas, the industry leaders in the supply of gas filling machinery and testing equipment, has recently taken an order for the Smartfill-1 gas filling machine from Dynamic Window Systems based in Melbourne, Australia.
The Inagas company ethos of on hands technical support and expertise spreads across the globe, as Chris Kemp, Sales Director at Inagas explains:”As luck would have it, the order for the Smartfill-1 coincides with my holiday,
so it means we can ship the machine over and then as we would with any customer based in the UK, we can pay them a visit to install and then run checks on the machine in situ, provide training and answer any questions the customer may have.
“At Inagas, customer satisfaction is paramount regardless of the size of the order or the geographical location of the delivery. Whatever we can do within our capabilities we will do so, it goes without saying I will represent Inagas and keep up our good work, even whilst on holiday. This recent order from Australia proves we really can supply into any country and have since taken an order from Korea....so I need to get back to the travel agents!”
