SmartFill-4
The SmartFill-4 is designed for high volume production of Argon gas filled units. Each of its 4 filling lines is fitted with the SmartStart lance and can be used with either one or 2 hole filling options.
The touch screens enable the operator to have complete control over the gas filling process. Quick and easy to use for greater productivity.
The SmartFill range is supplied with the new *SmartStart filling lance, it is fitted with a on/off control button so that the operator can start the gas filling process from the lance rather having to return to the gas machine. The lance body incorporates an LED light which goes green during filling, turns red on completion and after 30 seconds will turn off. The operator can see immediately which unit is filling and which has been finished. Production efficiency is increased and errors eliminated. * Patent Pending

MultiFill-1 and MultiFill-2
The MultiFill range has been designed to operate with a variety of inert gasses such as Argon, Krypton, Xenon and pre-mixed gas for the insulated glass market. The MultiFill has variable flow control and coupled with the ability to easily change gas fill percentages ensures that gas loss is kept to a minimum. This is particularly important when using Krypton, Xenon and blended gas which are relatively expensive. All the functions of the MultiFill can be accessed through the touch screen giving the operator complete control over the gas filling process.

FirstFill
The FirstFill has been designed as an introductory gas filler to those companies who looking to offer gas filling for the first time. It has the normal two hole gas filling hoses which permits the gas to flow into the unit at a rate of 6 litres per minute.
The FirstFill has a unique calibration system operated by a magnetic wand which enables the operator to calibrate the equipment and to set the target level of gas filling.

SmartStart
The Smartfill range includes the new innovative SmartStart filling lance which is set to revolutionise gas filling. Constructed from top grade clear plastic with an embedded LED light and on/off button, all the operator has to do, is insert the lance into the unit and press the button to start the gas filling process.

Turns Red On Completion
The LED glows green during gas filling, turns red on completion and turns off after 30 seconds. It’s as straight forward as that and the operator can see at a glance the filling status of the units making production faster and easier.
